MROLine Marketplace B2B is an online platform that facilitates suppliers and customers in the electricity sector, enabling efficient transactions and fostering business-to-business relationships for the procurement of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products and services.

PT Cogindo DayaBersama is a company engaged in the electricity sector, specifically to manage Power Plants in the form of providing Operation and Maintenance Services.
PROJECT GOALS
Develop a B2B MROLine Marketplace that can improve the efficiency and ease of MRO transactions in the electricity sector.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS + THE GAP
We wanted to explore the landscape of related products and services in the digital to gain a deeper understanding of current competitor solutions and identify any gaps. Conducting a brief competitive analysis helped us to deeply understand the competitor's services, and identify potential where we can surpass them.
Opportunity/What could be improved
Improved product search feature.
Developed a comprehensive product catalog with various MRO categories.
Develop product management features.
Improve RFQ management.
USER INTERVIEW
To gain a deeper understanding of how users interact with the market, I conducted interviews with customers from Cogindo, suppliers affiliated with Cogindo, and Cogindo employees.
Key Insight: After collecting the survey results, I listed 3 key findings. Here's what was decided after discussing the survey results
Reachability
Suppliers and buyers have difficulty reaching each other. Or limited means of communication.
Efficiency and Safety
The MRO procurement process remains complex, time-consuming, and prone to errors.
Information
Suppliers and buyers struggle to get accurate information about MRO products and services.
IDEATION
During an hour long "brainjam" session with the Product Manager. We brainstormed and decided on 3 main features that can improve the efficiency and ease of MRO transactions in the power sector.
